Hi Vinod . As you know, to get good growth - You need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost along with recommended dosage of fertilizers or you can also use fertilizer calculater available here on home page to increase your crop growth and productivity.

Vinod There is a good method. If you trim or start clipping of leaves, you'll get huge tillering. Pls ck my picture.
