Sugarcane
My friend's crop got attacked by Sugarcane Pyrilla. The height of The Plant is about 5-6 feet. Cant be saprayed. What chemical should he flood to get rid off this attack. Thank You in Advance.

In leaves it looks like some filament has pasted and it looks like black in colour
+ 2I found small white insect in heart of plant . Leaves turned into yellow and become dry .The variety that I grow is 47.

Hi Arslan Sb , first of all use power sprayer from side application using Malathion Aldo flood chlorpyrifos in your soil as it is systemic insecticides.
