What is the problem with the plant?

It is a medjool date palm..rough whitish material has appeared on the whole plant..when it is scratched it comes out.

Hi Khawaja Saad Umer. Sent image is not clear and dull. Though on zooming, I think it's Whiteflies effect. Lets check symptoms by clicking on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. If any other problem send some more clear and closer day time full plant direct field pictures with your proper query again please.
