Hi Talib Hussain as per your image, I suspect it seems sugar cane white leaf disease. How many plants have such leaves ?

Talib Hussain At this stage in sugarcane if you find any White Head that is surely due to infestation of Hard Stem Borer in sugarcane. Just remove the dried leaves with leaf sheath and open the cane. You may get an entry bore holes and inside the stalk, you are supposed to find stem borer larvae. If you get any fazz or fecal materials inside the stalk or stem that is also a symptom of this insect and click on Sugarcane Borer for comparison. Pls ask me again if you find like this.
