Half portion of field crop dry central shoot and stunded their growth. Whole crop is green but central leaf become dry

As per your sent image, you check symptoms carefully with Early Shoot Borer , Smut of Sugarcane and Eyespot of Sugarcane by clicking on green links for taking control measures from Plantix library.
