Hi @Siddiqul Hassan, as per your image, It seems the attack of leaf eating worms. Incase of chemicals control you can go for the application of deltamathrine or Lamdacylothrine.
In organic way you can install Trichogramma cards in your fields. They will control effectively & they are good environment.
