Ranjeet Pandey Pls open the internal tissues by dissecting longitudinally for observation if it is Wilt Disease of Sugarcane or Red Rot disease. From your picture it looks mostly to be suspected as Wilt Disease of Sugarcane. So you can review at platix library for comparison and various options on control measures.
