Hassan Mujtaba Bandial It seems fungal infestation. Do the application of mencozeb or propicanazole for its managment. Remove the damaged leaves & buried them into soil.

Use fosetyl aluminium 500gm per acre in flooding or Azoxystrobin+difenoconazole 200ml foilor spray If use both it would be excellent
