Sometimes Plant AI can't match exact diagnosis. The symptoms are similar though with Tobacco Caterpillar and Rice Ear-Cutting Caterpillar, the leaves were damaged by grasshopper due chewing actions.

Pls use Acephate 35% +Buprofezin 15 % dissolved in water.
