Hi Ravivalluru19. It looks like Thrips effect. Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost once in 6 months along with 19:19:19 complex fertilizers in split dosage might give good growth of your plant. Try.
