Dear P.J. Chaudhary It is root rot. Spray carbandazim 1 gm OR copper oxy chloride 3 gms in one litre of water. Repeat the spray after 15 days. About 200 litres of solution may be required per acre. About 200 gms of carbandazim OR 600 gms of copper oxy chloride may be required per acre.
