Hi Shivaraj. I am not sure, but compare symptoms with Papaya Mosaic Virus or 07/leaf-variegation/">Leaf Variegation . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Note: If this effect is on limited plants - better cut and Burn outside the plot, to avoid further spread of disease.

Its not mosaic virus , because it doesn't has yellow at centre It has yellow and green patches randomly
