The stem part or the branch part shown red and white colour, the petiole show some pink scar. Is this due to fungus?insect bite? Some part also shown necrosis tissue. Recently there is heavy rain.

Hi Aakash Garg . I agree with Venkat Pawar. . This virus transmitted through Aphids . You 1st control Aphids by clicking on green link. The disease automatically reduced.
