If there is heavy rain then it may lead to Foot and Collar Rot. Provide proper drainage. Don't allow water stagnation near the stem. If still the rain prevails drench fungicides like Carbedazim of Copper Oxy Chloride to the foot(collar) region.

bonjour, il faut aérer le sol ( pour une bonne développement des racines ) , svp faire un binage autour de la plante et irriguer régulièrement.

Sir, it is not Papaya mosaic, there is no any such symptoms.
