Hi! It looks like attack by chewing pests. Apply neem oil on the leaves to prevent more damages.

Hi Ravi Kishore . It seems to be like Magnesium Deficiency and Flea Beetles effect. Click on green links for knowing symptoms and taking control measures. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard Measure or Vermicompost along with recommended dosage of fertilizers in split dosage to get good growth and yield.
