This is lady finger leaf.... we are confused about this ....this is virous or seed deficiencies. ...??? plz suggest me ASAP

My okra plant was doing fine but now ants are gathering on the flowers and eating them up leading to falling of flowers even before the okra is developed, please help i am expecting few more flowers shortly.Thanks!
