Hi Abhisek Tripathy . It looks like Thrips and Flea Beetles . Click on both green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures. Twisting of leaves might also be associated with Boron Deficiency and presence of ants might be due to Aphids . Let's these two green link too for checking symptoms and taking control measures at your end.
