Why these black spots has occurred ?

Melons leaves color change just like golden color
Some plants of my melons plants changing colour from green to yellow and than golden and leave dead. I used two sprays of sepermethrin + lamda chlythorin 30 cc , 10 cc respectively / 20Liter for red pumkin bettel. After that i aoply thiofanate methyl 50 cc/ 20 liter. Now some plants are problem having yellow dots and some leaves are burning from outer to inner side. Sowing date 15-03-2020 Area Mianwali, punjab, Pakistan. Please suggest some solution.

Hi Bhaskar Reddy. I am not sure, but compare symptoms with Alternaria Black Spot and Fruit Rot and Thrips. Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library.
