There is crack in the stem and the shoot of the plant gets yellowish and mosaic and there after the plant dies

3-4 day ago i have identified leaf miner in my farm i have Treate with BIO R 303 after 36h i have seen this type of eeffect in plant ( 1% plant ) its demage done by leaf miner or else virus? Looking forward for youe suggestions
