Melon
First fruits wither and then start blackening from point. Within few days whole part of fruit and stem become black and hard like coal/charcoal.

These are watermelon plants, 17 days old, I have given 19:19:19, 12:61 and trichoderma, captain+slyptocylothrin in drenching and lamdacylothrin as spray on 10th day and acephate on 17th day..
Melon plant have many open Holes on leaves and dryness on it
This has happened to a couple melon and cucumber plants before. It went from healthy and producing to wilted and dying in a week. Anyone have any definite answers?

It could be associated with failure of pollination. Use jaggery or hand pollinate.
