Dear Sunil It is fungal leaf blast. Spray any one of the following fungicides. Mancozeb. 2 gms OR Carbandazim. 1gm OR Edifenphos. 2ml. OR Zineb. 2.5 gms in one litre of water. About 250 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck.
