Issues with Worms and Insects in Brinjal

Crop- Brinjal- Type (green and long ) Pic 1- The worm is causing damages to the stem, which destroys the entire branch. Suggest any pest to control that, I expect if there is any pest can directly give to the roots Pic 2_ No Idea whether these flies are good or bad to the crop- if bad suggest the way to destroy them

Ganesh dude, your second picture is showing new growth with white powdery layer It is mealy bug infants. I have same on mine. Try 2 things.1, Splash a full glass on the new growth with white powdery layer, see if it looks healthy after u splashed. 2. Spray an effective insecticide or pesticide over the whole plant every week for 2 times. Then every 2 weeks

Ganesh i recommend chlorpyriphos+cypermethrin. Or Thiamethoxam. Good luck Both of these will kill the stem driller too. And stem eaters are not good for plants they decrease yeild, and they reproduce and destroy fields if unattended. Only flying insects which help pollinate with their wings and hair, and pest eating insects like lady bug.

Ganesh only apply insecticides if u find that water splashing is improving leaf health visually. Cause it removes few of them with force of water.

Prince Lobiyal yeah sure! One more doubt I have.. a person suggested me to spray Bootex ( the one we apply to cows to get rid of flies and ticks) to plants to get rid of those flies.. is that worth doing?

I cant tell, flies and ticks from cow sucks blood, flies and ticks in plant dont. But if it kills by respiratory or contact it might work
