Observe the whole plant if only one shoot is show symptom like this then it is brinjal shoot and fruit borer if whole plant is showing symptoms like this then it is definitely Wilt

Water them properly, also don't give excess water when flower comes, check mineral content using soil health card, likewise different npk content fertilizer needed at different phase of plants, like initial growth, or when flower comes, or when fruit comes.
