T Indira Pls trim the leaves that are older and distorted so that new flushes come with healthy buds. Then spray copper oxychloride wettable powder dissolved in water or mancozeb for protection of fungal proliferation.

It's jasmine plant. Prune the stems and give some fertilizer. Put it in proper sunlight. water regularly.
