Hi Vamsidhar Reddy . It looks like Leaf Miner Flies . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Lower leaf drying might be due to overwatering and waterlogging effect. Lets check symptoms and cause at your end. If any other problem, send some clear and closer pictures with your proper query again please.
