Problem in Brinjal Plant

It's a brinjal plant and not sure why these leaves are effected .. Please advice to mitigate the issue..

Hi Prasanth Rkp , I would guess that's a Flea Beetles attack, hard to tell with an image of the critter, but surely a pest. Hope that helps :)
