Brinjal
4-5 month plant. Less flowering Fruit colour and shape not good. Plant growth so bad. Please provide both solutions ( organic + Chemical)

One of my aubergine has 2/3 leaf with holes. They are a bit yellow and on the they are dry on the external part of the leaf. There arent animals under the leafs. Also the steams seams to be infected by the same problem. Thank u :)
I scanned it on plantix and both hopper damage symptoms and Mg deficiency symptoms are appearing to be the same.. Can anyone tell me which one is correct?
Pls give me name of pesticide to control both shoot borer and above mentioned disease for brinjal
