Black growth in redcurrant bush. Any ideas? Update : thanks, there do seem to be aphids under them. How do I get rid of the critters with using pesticides?

Please upload photo of other side of leaf. It can be currant blister aphid or mite. In the case of aphids, you can see them on the underside of leaf in the blisters.
