Hi Kevin Patel. If heavy rains, open trenches in and around the field immediately to drain out excessive water from the field. Otherwise you may loose entire crop. As per your sent image, your Cotton crop is severely effected by Anthracnose of Cotton , Whiteflies and Thrips .
