Hi Surendra. Ok. So, its not Pesticide Burn . As per your sent present image - your Cotton crop is severely effected by Cotton Leafhopper Jassids , Whiteflies and initial stage of Anthracnose of Cotton . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library.
