Hi Mahesh. Don't do overwatering. Even don't allow soil to become water logged to avoid flower dropping. Try.

Mahesh The boll stalk that is peduncles look like show sucking damage by গমের জাবপোকা, as a result, the withering process was there that causes weak stalk to hold the boll. Pls ck if your field still has গমের জাবপোকা infestation? Or পাতাফড়িং ও জেসিড পোকা?
