Hi Khushal Varsani. Your Cotton crop is suffering from Anthracnose of Cotton and Leaf Miner Flies . Dear Khushal Varsani It is anthracnose. Spray copper oxychloride 3 gms in one litre of water. About 300 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck
