Dear Sukhdev Singh It may be leaf hoppers. Spray Oxydematon methyl. 2 ml OR Phosphamidon. 0.5 ml OR Dimethoate. 1.7 ml OR Imidachloprid. 0.5 ml in ONE litre of water. About 300 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck
