Rajeshkemidi I think it is due to Cotton Leafhopper Jassids . Please check the above link for detailed symptoms and remedies.

Dear Rajeshkemidi This is due to leaf hoppers. Spray Dimethoate 1.7 ml in one litre of water. About 250 to 300 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck
