That is thrips attack (major) as Well as others sucking pest i.e. white fly, Aphid, Jassid so used Proper broad-spectrum insecticide.

Dear Prakash Shingod It looks like being affected by sucking pests. Spray Dimethoate 1.7 ml in one litre of water. About 250 to 300 litres of spray solution may be required per acre Good luck
