Cotton
In cotton there is not enough the flowering and not growth in stem and branches size in cotton. Please suggest me the solve to this problem

The leaves turned into rust redish color and leaves are folded down. Day by day the leaves,flowers and cotton fruits are dried and turned into dried blackish color.
It is starting stage ,how to control it within its spread everywhere
