Hi Raju Kambar. Better to send direct clear field pictures. Through, as per your explanation and image - I suspect, it might be Leaf Reddening of Cotton and Spider Mites . Lets check by clicking on green links given here for knowing symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library.
