plant is very weak shows symptoms of nutrtion deficiency, abiotic stress like heat and water, you need to apply DAP fertilizer and apply water in good amount to avoid plant from heat and water stress.

Hi Madhu as per your image its seem to be low fertility in soil high temprature stress go for azabian and put urea in flood

Hi Madhu . Better to send back history. As per your present sent image, I think, it might be due to nutritional deficiency. I suspect, this intervenal chlorosis followed by reticulation might be due to Manganese Deficiency but not sure. Lets check symptoms by clicking on green link for taking control measures.
