Dear Charan Singh Insects seems to have no relation with the condition of the plant. I feel the plant has no disease. It can be physiological or varietal charecteristic.

Hi Charan Singh as i see the symptom is same with Anthracnose of Cotton+Cotton Leafhopper Jassids attack

Hi Shankara Goud M yes i already mention about anthracnose and malathion i recommend as a prevention spray because mostly in this stage crop can be effect by insects
