Hi Shah Mohammad Khuhro i gues this is Fusarium Wilt of cotton for better control use aliette of bayer its a good product for all soil borne disease or coppor oxychloride also work in this but as a prevention you have to give it chloropyriphos also in flood for any roots insect like termites root borer etc hope it will help you
