Which pathogen are infestating cotton Field

Seems like Bacterial Blight of Cotton , but not sure.

this is due to nutrient deficiencies of plant .....and blight also....spray 13:00:45 n magnesim n urea 1 kg per litre

Sir, be cautious while giving suggestions. If we spray urea a 1kg per liter plants would be dead. Your small spelling mistake may induce huge loss to the farmer.

It isn't the Mg deficiency as the reddnijg is confined to specific regions. It is Bacterial Blight of Cotton caused by xanthomonas
