I agree with pawar ji that it isIndian Cotton Jassid damage. kindly refer plantix library for more details and description of the problem and management. spray dimethoate or fipronil or lambda cyhalothrin or monocrotophos or cypermethrin or deltamethrin or malathion

Mr.Baseer symptoms showing Jassids attack and also showing Potassium Deficiency . Carryout spray of Potassium fertilizers like Sulphate of Potash or Potassium Schoenite.
