Hi Brownslawn, The white creatures are covered by waxy materials for protection from natural predators. The creatures live in colony and suck saps underside or both, as a result, leaves may curl in some portions. The creatures are called Mealybug that are living and cause huge plant damages. We recommend to dislodge the bugs by using Horticultural oil, then kill by highly contact poisons like Chloropyrifos or Deltamethrin.
