Hi Shakeel Ahmad as per your image it seems the attack micro lapidopteran insect. Female lay eggs beneath the upper transparent layer of leaves. Later a small worms comes out and start feeding. This is very common in sukh chain plants. Quick Soultion: Incase of heavy infestation levaes much be removed. Its better to buried them into deep soil. After this go for the application of imidachloprid powder. It is easily available in market. Jazakallah 😊 Suresh Gollar
