Leaves are perforated. Not all. I couldn't see any caterpillars on the plant

My brussels stems are turning a purple in color. They are currently in individual pots. Not sure if it is a result of the recent climate changes or dips into temps to 32°F but seems to be impacting one plant more that the others. Meaning one plant is noticably more purple in the stem.
