Leaf are fully with brown spots on bottom and top side of the leaf and overall affects the plant to dry out

leaves are getting curly and gradually dying is it some deficiency or some other things

I plants some beans and as they grew to about 12 inches tall i noticed black pests on their stalks and leaves. I also noticed ants climbing up na ddown the stalks. Are the ants eating up the pests or are they causing them? Whats the best way to clear them out without using chemicals (ive about 120 plants and I've honeybees) Regards,
