Hi Althaf Kkd . As per image, I suspect its Black Sigatoka . Lets check symptoms by clicking on green link for knowing symptoms and taking control measures. Lets compare with Yellow Sigatoka , for your better understanding

Hi Althaf Kkd this is same to be Yellow Sigatoka spray tilt by syngenta (propicanazole) is effective control of this
