Sreekanth M sir there are no such symptoms only the leaves are turning yellowish and nerves remain green. There is no such symptoms on the trunk. I think it may be iron deficiency?

Ibrahim Strobilurins control scab effectively in red delicious and it's mutants but severe phytotoxicity has been reported if sprayed in varieties like Gala mast, Red gala, white dotted red (maharaji) etc.

Ibrahim dear if you have sprayed propineb Or captan, I recommend mancozeb 300gm and Biozyme Fr+ liq 150ml per 100 ltr of water. It will help a lot. Those plants which are badly affected may not get well. I am having apprehensions : 1. U may have sprayed strobilurin group on these dwarf varieties which has caused phytotoxicity to such level. 2. U may have sprayed some herbicide or weedicide with that pump before.
