Hi Shaha Nawaz It is the attack of Loose Smut of Wheat Please click the above link to know all information about this disease. Tip 💡 👉There is no chemical is recommended at this stage. 👉Just remove or cut down such infested plant & buried them deep into soil sway from the fields. 👉The seeds of this crop should not be used for the the cultivation of next year. 👉The only one best control of this disease is the use of resistance veriety+Treated with good systemic fungicide like Tebuconazole.
