Hi Muhammad Imran. As per your sent image and explanation, it's Herbicide Burn. Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Note: Spray with clean water 2 to 3 time in 2 to 3 days interval to drain out excessive herbicides sprayed on the crop. Try it might recover again.
